With the exception of some quality Kyle and Mommy time, this weekend was generally a big flop. I was so excited to go back to Reno with the sole purpose of hanging out with my friends, but they didn't really want to see me. I miss people so much sometimes, but everyone had their own lives and didn't really care I was there. Lisa chose homework as a more appealing option. Mer didn't even acknowledge me. I basically watched a room full of people chew until they left for a concert at which point I left and sat in front of my folks house locked out. It was nice to play some Rummy, but it felt like I was just looking into the window of other's social lives. Meh. It was hinted that we would go out to eat dinner in honor of my birthday awhile back. My birthday didn't matter, I was happy for an excuse to get some of my friends together. Maybe next year.

Kyle and I made some killer nachos though. Okay, Kyle did. And then we had Scooper's. Huzzah!
