Whoa! I'm writing an entry!!! I, for the last 5 weeks, have been carousing around SCICON, school of SCIence and CONservation. Today I made enough rice krispies for 220 6th graders. Yes, I am the lodge chief currently, which means I run breakfast lunch and dinner. I can't help remembering going to Clear Creek and how much the chefs there rocked. I don't cook, I just organize. My days run from ringing the bell at 6:45am til 9:30 at night with 2 one hour breaks.

It's VERY tiring, these kids have every problem under the sun, but fun at the same time. Yesterday I saw my first skink!

I've been catching up on a lot of diaries, and I feel totally disconnected to the real world. People are having White Trash parties, socializing, and partaking in world events.

For the first time in years I missed the Rib Cook-Off. No more movie nights. For the first time IN MY LIFE I'll miss the Balloon Races. Don't get me wrong, it's great out here, but I miss my home.
