I heard a really cool song on the radio called "Wild West Show," and emailed Nessa telling her to listen to it because the guy sounds like Big Kenny on country. No one knows about Big Kenny besides Nessa's family and I, but I absolutely ADORE him and have his only traceable CD. I live vicariously through this CD; it's one of my "island" cds. I have no clue what else he does or what he looks like, amd I love that mystery. Big Kenny put out one CD and completely disappeared for 5 years.

ANYWAYs, I emailed Nessa and went to their website and found out "Wild West Show" was done by Big & Rich. Rich for John rich, and BIG being for BIG KENNY! Holy fuckin shit! COOLEST THING EVER!! Went out and bought the CD without knowing anything but one song, and this CD KICKS ASS. Country and rock FUSION. I've always dreamt about having one of my fave pop/rock musicians switching to country, just so I could here a different interpretation.

*drool*

On other news, I went to Ma and Pa's last night with Mike. Mike and Dad duked it out about computers for about three hours while Ma and I talked of other things. We made the decision that I should buy a Mac, and Mike said though he agreed him saying that stabbed himself in the back.

Then we went to his house populated by Sean, John, Nicole, Michelle, two random Brits, and Dan. Dan just got burned by the fire department (no pun intended :p) though he scored better than 90% of the other guys in BOTH the academic test and the athletic test. Apparently he wasn't a "team player." If they only knew how much they were missing out on. Dan and I sat in the backyard with the keg Sean and John got for the party on Monday. The people there helped "depressurize" it, and it really did loosen tensions! Dan drowned his woes in beer and I was an ear to listen. Mina Harker in Dracula was right in saying that men can only truly express and vent to women. Dan and I are creepy similar like Mike and Leann are. Dan said, "Mike and Leann are weird, but they are grounded in reality. You and I are vastly out there, I mean woooooo (insert dramatic drunk guy motions here)." Then we talked about Hatshepsut and the Three Musketeers in comparison to Catcher in the Rye.

Isn't that what all toasted people talk about?
